Wadi Rum Trekking โ€” 3 Days & 3 Nights

On foot โ€” the desert as the Bedouin first knew it. Three days walking red and yellow sand, sleeping in caves under open sky.

3 days, 3 nights ยท 09:30 start, ~15:00 return on day 3

If the jeep tours show you the desert, trekking lets the desert show itself to you. Three days walking, fully supported. Bedouin meals along the way. Each night in a cave under the open sky.

Day one starts in Rum village and crosses Wadi Um Ishrin to the Red Sand Dune and the Anfishiyyeh inscriptions, before climbing to the plateau behind Lawrence House. Day two is the Burdah scramble โ€” a guided climb with rope assistance in the technical section near the top โ€” and then a walk across to Um Fruth.

Day three closes with Khazali Canyon and the inscriptions there, and a return to the village by mid-afternoon. Camels can be added to carry luggage on each day.
